National Sales Conference 2018: Sir Clive Woodward on 'Creating Champion Sales Teams'

National Sales Conference (NSC) 2018 will feature Sir Clive Woodward addressing the theme of ‘One Team – Creating Champion Sales Teams’.

Now in its fifth year, NSC 2018 takes place at Coventry's Ricoh Arena on Thursday 29 November 2018.

Back by popular demand, England’s legendary World Cup winning rugby union coach will share his unique insight into a NEW topic: the key challenge for sales leaders of creating cohesive, winning teams.

NSC is the UK’s premier sales event. The 2017 conference beat previous records for attendance, exhibitor numbers and sponsorship, with over 600 sales leaders and professionals treated to a fascinating keynote by Sir Clive on ‘the DNA of a Champion’.

This year, Sir Clive will shift his focus from the individual to the team, explaining how to integrate a variety of disparate talents into a single unbeatable combination. He will describe the ‘Teamship’ model he uses to create “an environment so positive that everyone wants to be a part of it and nobody ever wants to leave”. It is a formula he has repeatedly adopted to build outstanding teams – including England’s 2003 Rugby Union World Cup winners, and Team GB at London 2012 – and which he now applies successfully for leading business organisations.

Delegates at NSC 2017 are already rebooking for this year’s conference in record numbers with more than 180 registrations to date. Their enthusiastic response is typified by Charles Oakley, Head of Business Development at multinational media group UBM:
